Excavation
Additional costs may be incurred at this point if site access is difficult and if excavated material is to be removed from site. We are unable to provide an estimate as these items are site specific and depend on the size and location of swimming pool.
- A bobcat may be required to remove the soil if access to the construction site is less than 3 metres wide.
- Removal costs and disposal fees may apply if excavated spoil is to be taken away from site.
Spa

Sanitation / Chemical Treatment
Several alternative methods are available for effective sanitation of pool and/or spa water. They range in price according to their capacity, quality, maintenance requirements and life expectancy. Options include: Salt chlorinators (that are self-cleaning and one of the most effective and commonly used ways to treat domestic pools), Ozone and Automatic Chemical Dosing units. (Sanitation of your pool is always greatly improved with a cleaning and circulation system & will reduce your ongoing chemical costs).

Auto Water Refill / Leveller
The Automatic Water Refill-Leveller adds to the leisure time of the pool owner by eliminating the need to keep an eye on the water level. In maintaining the correct level, this handy pool accessory also does away with the risk of an expensive pump failure brought about by starvation for water through evaporation or splashing.

Solar Heating
Solar heating is the most efficient and environmentally friendly form of heating for your pool. Usually calculated as a percentage of the pool area (100%), the most accurate is the actual square metres of the pool. All our solar systems are flat loop technology. Gas Heating
