Conceptual design (Swimming pool and landscape surrounds): From $2500. Every great pool and landscape must start with great design.

Steps:

1. Initial site consultation with designer - Initially an onsite or in-office consultation, here 4Blue will discuss your project, listening to your ideas and make suggestions and recommendations. The team will require plans of the site to be designed at this point.
2. Creation of concept designs - Based on site specific observations and discussion 4Blue will create a design that will fulfil and excite you and whet your appetite for a swim in your new pool and landscaped surrounds.
3. Drafting of material and plant palettes - Using the latest and most innovative products, 4Blue will prepare material and a plant pallet ready for discussion.
4. Presentation and meeting to view proposed concepts - Utilising the latest 3D software 4Blue will guide you through a virtual tour of the proposed concept design. This will be presented to you together with a package of printed 3D screenshots, a movie on a DVD you can view at home, and computer aided design (CAD) drafted site plan to express size and scale of the design.
5. Finalising concept - After the concept design meeting, a final concept (CAD Planview) will be provided to you based on feedback from the presentation meeting between you and your 4Blue designer.

It is imperative that you realise Stage 1 is conceptual design only and detailed design resolution occurs in Stage 2 documentation.

It is possible to accurately fix the swimming pool quotation at this time, but an accurate landscape quote can not be provided at this stage.
