Detailed Documentation ($ Hourly rate)

Ever tried building something, without instructions? Every great pool and landscape, must have detailed instructions and plans.

The ‘idea’ or proposed concept is now further developed into detailed documentation, this is Stage 2.

Steps:

1. Documentation plans (similar to what a home architect would provide) - 4Blue will prepare detailed documentation plans using AutoCAD. The drawings prepared will include a master plan of hard and soft works, details of feature elements, sections and elevations and specific construction details, material specifications, colours and the plant schedule.
2. Materials and finishes - The drawings will include and call up all materials and finishes, and provide a base level of information on how they are to be installed or applied by 4Blue.
3. Specific "one-off" creations or details - Where required, 4Blue may need to research materials, construction techniques or liaise with specialists. The documentation package will provide a base level of specified information for quotation by the landscape contractor.
4. Engineering and specialist sub consultants - Where required, specialist sub consultants such as engineers will be called upon by 4Blue to provide detailed documentation on items or projects requiring them. These will be costed and proposed to you as a cost plus item, additional to the Stage 2 amount.
