If you want to get the best use from a spa, your should automate the equipment. By automating the spa it allows anyone to simply turn the equipment on and off and ensures you maximise its use.

The alternative is that one person is familiar with the procedure to make the spa heat up, to change the valves, turn on the jets and the blower, and to turn down the sanitation system. If this person is away, the spa can’t be operated. If someone else attempts to operate the spa and fails to get the valves the right way it could cost a lot of money to fix burnt our pumps.

Automating a pool and spa allows flexibility to turn things of and on, or up and down. For example say you are in the spa and it’s getting too hot, you can simply turn it down, without the need to go and visit the plant and equipment location.
