1. Q. Can we alter the dimensions of the package?

A. yes of course the packages are just a guide, and can be customized to suit individual requirements; they can also be adapted to suit sloping or steep sites.

2. Q. How do I make my pool easy to look after and cheap to operate?

A. we have arrange of options and some are inclusive in the smart pool options, these include making your pool a self cleaning pool, which also will make the pool into a circulation type pool, meaning less chemicals needed, even chemical distribution and even heta distribution, we can also add magnesium based water, making your pool , your own healthy water pool environment. On top of that we have energy saving pumps, meaning your power bill will not take the traditaional hike most customers see when they add many additional electrical motors to run a pool, simply put a smart pool will make owning a pool a joy.

3. Q. Can spa’s be added to a package?

A. In most cases we can add spa’s on most of our pools.

4. When can we start building?

A each pool must first be engineered and there is a small period of time genrally 2-3 weeks that it takes to complete this and the permit process to build the pool, once we have that we can start building your pool.

5. How long does it take to build?

A. The pool typically takes about 6-8 weeks to build, and is subject to completion of the fencing and landscaping to complete the pool.

6. How do we know what we need to do to ensure the process ruins smoothly?

A We have a comprehensive construction manual that will guide you step by step through the swimming pool construction process, ensuring you have picked materials and are up to date with each step of the construction.

7. Q. Does the tank pool come in different sizes?

A. We currently we only have one size for the pool, which is 3.5m

8. Q. Can we add additional options to a design?

A. Yes we can add all kinds of options on our designer pool packages, such items like our infamous self cleaning system, like the PCC 2000 and also varying options like covers, heating or even wet edges and wet deck

9. Q. Do you offer landscaping as well?

A. Yes we are qualified landscapers and run all our landscape through our sister company 3green, we have a guide of landscape costs on each package

10. Q. Can we add a water feature?

A. Yes we can add water features of all types and kinds, speak to one of our design consultants to design your water feature for you.

11. Q. Are there different interiors available?

A. Yes we have a wide selection of interiors to choose from at our office.

12. Q. Do you organize the fencing?

A, yes we can and predominantly do most of our pools fencing requirements, but if you have your own, we are happy for you to do it that way.

13. What are the fencing requirements for my Swimming Pool??

A. All swimming pools in Queensland must be fenced with an approved pool fence. The fencing requirements are as follows: www.poolfencing.qld.gov.au

14. What is not included in the package?

A . Additional excavation costs over the time allowance and if we encounter any rock, any extra piering or footings required by the engineer for your type of soil (after soil test) provision of pwr, typically 2 pwr points that are 15 amp, with separate line back fuse /pwr box, and connection of backwash to sewer and water to automated top up lines

15. How do I maintain the pool once it is handed over?

A .We will teach you how to look after your new pool. When the pool is completed we will give you a handover manual, and will complete lesson with you on how to operate all of the equipment provided and instruct you about the water treatment. We will provide you with all your equipment warranty & operational manuals.

16. Q. Are we licensed?

A. yes we are not only licensed we are also NSPI certified and have accreditation in Internationally associations like the Genesis 3 and Pool Studio, APSP advanced builder program

A yes we have over 22 years experience in the swimming pool and landscape industry and that is not combined years that is total year
